 - CONNECT+ library program is being distributed for free.
 - The program is modified by Ray Jang and powered by Openbiblio.
 - I modified the original open source to match situations of developing countries and      poor countries.(simplified the original functions, accommodated it to the                
   circumstances, added other functions)
 - Nowadays, 4 libraries are using this program in Malawi.
